Shipping & Returns

At Bath Petals, our goal is to make you happy and satisfied with your purchase.

In the event that you are not satisfied with a Bath Petals purchase or gift for any reason, you may return merchandise for a replacement, exchange or credit, by shipping it back to us in its original, unopened condition within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by a Bath Petals order receipt.

Prior to shipping your product back to us, you must call Customer Service at (855) 772-7258 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Pacific Time and ask for a Return Authorization Number. Any orders returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

All returns must also include the free samples received with the original purchase. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds on any item that has been used or opened, or not in its original packaging. Sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable.

Send the package with a copy of your receipt and the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Order Number
  • Return merchandise authorization number
  • Item description/name
  • Reason for return
  • Action to be taken (replacement, exchange or credit)

Damaged products
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and UPS or USPS labels. Contact us immediately. We will issue a call-tag, so the carrier can pick up your damaged order and we will ship you a replacement immediately.
